Well it's Starbucks so of course everything's on point usually get an Americano with some raw sugar! Since you're asking for a review I will admit the location is super inconvenient you share this plaza and just overall the layout is horrible whether you're stopping to go in OR the drive thru.. In the mornings obviously is by far the worst just got a bunch of non driving leftys glued to their phone it's quite a scene 🤤
Everyone was pleasant. The barista was fast. Our drinks were good.
It's bad enough that a complaint from a customer who had a personal issue with me gets a person stopped from going in the store to purchase or pickup anything but about 6 months later to be told I am/was "totally Banned" from the property (THAT Never was said) 'Due to' a store employee or someone seeing me in the Drive-through!? Unbelievable! So - in a drive thru where a person has NO contact ever with others... The girl at the window telling me to 'leave the property' was quite rude & had an attitude, not professional! What is this world coming to?
Wrap was poorly made and the ingredients weren't spread evenly throughout. I had to finish my frappuccino with a spoon because I kept slurping up chunks of ice.
Some of the workers are super rude and argumentative. But I keep going back because I love the coffee and food.
The only good thing about this Starbucks location is the building itself the workers are mean they treat fellow partners bad when they are there to help them and just sloppy dramatic and act like they own the place Starbucks needs to take this store into consideration for some actual retraining it’s a mess and i can’t believe they were the ones to get a remodel. Ridiculous
This Starbucks benefited from their remodel extensively. It seems way less crowded, but they now have even more limited seating. This Starbucks also focuses on drive thru above all which hurts their cafe experience Starbucks is supposed to be all about. However, you can't beat the location.
Weekend staff is AMAZING!! Drinks and attitude are great!
Walk past on the way to IHOP. It was early morning. Cars in the drive up line were out in the mall parking lot. Must good çófféé ‼️
